Police responded to a collision involving 3 vehicles on Highway 97 and Maple Dr.
On August 22, 2023 at approximately 5:45 p.m., the Quesnel RCMP responded to a report of a collision involving 3 vehicles at Maple Drive and Highway 97. A pickup truck was turning left off of Highway 97 onto Maple drive when it was struck by a station wagon towing a small trailer that was travelling north bound on the Highway. The pickup truck struck another vehicle that was waiting at the light on Maple Drive.
"One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries," says Sgt. Clay Kronebusch. "Luckily no one was seriously injured in the collision."
