On January 13, 2024, Linda (Diane) Albert was reported missing to Powell River RCMP.

Diane is a 68-year-old Caucasian female, and is described as being about 5’2 tall and having brown hair and blue eyes. Diane was last seen by friends on January 6 in Powell River, but has not been heard from since.

Numerous searches by Powell River RCMP, Search and Rescue, Police Dog Services, West Coast Marine, BC Ferries and other community partners have been conducted. All searches have been negative and Linda Diane Albert has not been located.

Powell River RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance. If anyone has seen Diane or knows of her whereabouts, please contact the Powell River RCMP at 604-485-6255 quoting police file number: 2024-185.
