RCMP seek public assistance in locating Jay Preston Raphael

The Vanderhoof RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Jay Preston Raphael who was seen walking away from a residence in Saik'uz, BC on February 26, 2023. Raphael has not been seen since and his family and friends are concerned for his wellbeing as this is out of character for him.

Jay Preston Raphael is described as:

• Indigenous male
• 27-years-old
• 175 cm (5 ft 9 in)
• 65 kg (143 lbs)
• Black hair
• Brown eyes

He was last seen wearing:

• Black coat,
• Blue jeans,
• Black runners,
• Baseball hat.
